Brass Live

BRASS LIVE is a youth brass band that was founded in 1996 by the conductor, David Golightly, and the parents of the original members.  Since that time Brass Live has grown in number to 23 players aged 9 - 16, mainly from the Alderley Edge area.  The group has twice come third at Youth Makes Music at the Royal Northern College of Music against players considerably older than themselves.
